Great item and fab customer service.

I purchased a personalised gift for a friend's wedding and there was a slight problem when it arrived. I contacted the company who replied very quickly and were extremely helpful. We were able to resolve this and they still received the gift on time!! I used express delivery which was a little expensive (but perhaps Royal Mail's cost anyway). Thanks, will be back again!
