What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, VISA, Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal and Apple Pay.
We also accept ClearPay.
How do I cancel my order?
Under the consumer protection you have the right to cancel your order. To cancel an order you must call us on 01780 763 368, or email us at email@example.com, as well as returning the goods to us as soon as possible at your own expense.
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, if you decide you want to amend your order please call us on 01780 763 368, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will try to accommodate where possible.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting us.
How long is delivery?
We carefully prepare and pack each order from our studio in Stamford. Orders ship Monday through to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days from when placed.

Express delivery is still available in the UK - please see details below.
Free shipping on all orders over £30 within the UK.
Express next day delivery is available via Royal Mail - cut off time for this is 12pm and the cost is based on the weight of the order. Please note that we do not offer Saturday express delivery, and so if an order is placed on Thursday with Express next day delivery after the cut off time that the order will be delivered on the following Monday.
Price is based on weight and can be calculated at checkout.
What happens if no one is in to receive my parcel?
You should receive a calling card if no one is available to collect your parcel, it will then be sent to your local Post Office.
What should I do if my order is missing?
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 10 working days of the date on which you ordered them then please contact us by email at email@example.com.
For international customers, please allow up to 20 working days before contacting us regarding a missing order.
Returns, refunds & exchanges
We really hope you love your Old English Company purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.
Please note that any personalised products can not be returned. Please note that our soft back and hardback personalised notebooks are made to order and can't be returned, even if a name or message has not been added.
