How long is delivery?
We carefully prepare and pack each order from our studio in Stamford. Orders ship Monday through to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days from when placed.

*The shipping times given are based on estimations provided by Royal Mail and our couriers. We cannot guarantee that orders will be received within this time frame. Please allow up to 30 days for your order when selecting standard shipping terms; this is a completely untracked service so we will not be able to assist in the whereabouts of your order.
All orders have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days within the UK, this does not include processing time. We offer an express next day delivery service. Please note that for next day delivery there is a cut off time of 11am.
Please note that we do not offer Saturday express delivery, and so if an order is placed on Thursday with Express next day delivery after the cut off time that the order will be delivered on the following Monday.
Free standard shipping on all orders over £30 within the UK.
As of the 1st of January 2021, during the Brexit transition it's likely to experience delays on all orders being dispatched to destinations within the EU or ROW. Transit times below are only estimated and are all likely to be affected by the the delay, as a result of the new regulations. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Depending on your location and the items you order, there may be duties and taxes to pay. The receiver is responsible for these and Old English Company does not cover these costs.
Unfortunately we are unable to delivery to PO boxes
Our international delivery is currently sent un-tracked. This means that you will be unable to check the location of your order during transit.
Price is based on weight and can be calculated at checkout.
We would like to ask that you allow extra time for your order to be received due to the current circumstances and the pressure that Royal Mail and other couriers are under. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on postage if orders arrive outside the estimated time frame, as this is out of our control.
