During these worrying times, we feel that it's even more important to stay connected. We want to remain accessible so that our customers can still send and receive greeting cards to their loved ones, as well as gifts to spread messages of love and well wishes.
Due to the current situation, our turnaround times have been extended. This is due to reduced staff to ensure we are following the social distancing guidelines. Orders will be dispatched from our studio between 5-7 working days from when your order is placed. Please be aware, Royal Mail's delivery times also apply. We cannot control Royal Mail's (or other couriers), delivery times, and any services that may be disrupted whilst they work hard to deliver our post during this challenging time. Please note that personalised notebooks will be dispatched after 7 working days, and that we are unable to offer express delivery specifically on this product.
