Track your order
As soon as your order leaves our studio we'll email you a dispatch confirmation. If you chose a tracked service, the email includes a tracking link. You can also see every order in your account.
How long should it take?
- Royal Mail 2nd Class: usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail 1st Class: usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Tracked and next-day options: follow the tracking link in your dispatch email.
Orders placed before [placeholder: cut-off time, e.g. 2pm] on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Full details are on our delivery information page.
Still not arrived?
Royal Mail can occasionally take a little longer, especially around Christmas and Mother's Day. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch (or 10 working days for international orders), please get in touch with your order number and we'll sort it out.
