Please use our website lawfully and don't try to interfere with how it works. The designs, text and images on this website belong to us or our licensors, and you may not copy them for commercial use without our permission.
3. Ordering
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Please check your order details carefully before you pay. If we can't accept or fulfil your order, we'll tell you and refund any payment you've made for it.
4. Products
We take care to show our products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. The total price, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through our secure checkout, provided by Shopify.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, prices and estimated times are set out on our delivery information page and shown at checkout.
7. Your right to cancel
If you're a consumer, you can usually cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. Tell us within those 14 days, then return the items within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the items back or evidence that you've returned them. This right doesn't apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
8. Returns
You can also return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving them. Details are on our returns and order help page.
9. Faulty items and complaints
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, or you're unhappy with our service, please contact us with your order number. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
